We describe our storage and accessories as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and there is some variation between production batches. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. Where a supplier does not publish a specification such as a material or a weight limit, the product page says so rather than estimating one.
Installation guidance is general
Any assembly or placement guidance on this site is general advice. Rooms, floors and walls differ, so you are responsible for checking that a piece suits your own space, that it will reach the room it is going in, and that any wall fixing is right for your wall type. Where a piece is heavy or has to be anchored, use someone qualified rather than improvising a fixing.
