Furniture Warehouse is run by a small team with one focus: buying direct and passing the difference on. We answer our own email, we say when a piece is the wrong answer for a room, and we would rather lose an order than sell you something that will not fit.
When you email us, a real person reads it and replies, usually within one working day. No scripts, just a straight answer about whether a piece suits the space and whether it will get through the door.
